What the site is. This is a referral service, not a roofing company. Roof work, pricing, roofing contracts and insurance claims all sit outside what it does. When you send a request, we pass it to one independent local roofer.

Your agreement is with the roofer. Any inspection, estimate, contract, payment, warranty or work is between you and the roofer you choose to hire. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for the roofer's work, pricing, conduct or schedule. You are free to turn down any estimate.

Checking the roofer. Kentucky has no state roofing license, and this service does not check, screen or endorse roofers. Before you sign, ask for proof of insurance, the roofer's local occupational license, written warranties and an itemized contract.

Accurate information. Please give correct contact details and an honest description of your roof, and only send requests for a property you own or are authorized to act for.
