What we do. You send a roof request through the site or by calling (859) 555-0159. We pass it to one independent local roofer, who contacts you about an inspection and a written estimate.

What we don't do. No one here climbs a ladder, prices a job or writes a roofing contract, and we stay out of insurance claims entirely. We don't check or endorse roofers, so please ask for proof of insurance, a local occupational license, written warranties and an itemized contract before you hire anyone.

How the site is paid. Roofers may pay us a fee for referrals. That is how the service stays free for homeowners. You never pay for a referral.

Nothing of value to homeowners. Kentucky law limits what a contractor can offer a homeowner on roofing work paid for with insurance money, and that law can reach a business that solicits such work, including a referral site. So we never offer homeowners anything of value: no gift cards, rebates, credits, coupons, discounts, rewards for referring a neighbor or help with an insurance deductible. You won't receive anything from us for sending a request.

Your choice. Using this service doesn't commit you to anything. You decide whether to hire the roofer, and you can get other estimates on your own.
