Prefer to talk? Call now(859) 555-0159About this website or the referral. If you have a concern about the site, a form, how your details were handled or how your request was passed on, call (859) 555-0159. Tell us your name, the date you contacted us and what went wrong. We read every complaint and will follow up with you.
About a roofer. We don't employ or control the roofers who receive referrals, so we can't settle disputes over their work, prices or contracts. Start by raising the issue with the roofer in writing and keep copies of your contract, estimate, photos and payments.
If that doesn't resolve it, you can also reach the state Attorney General's consumer protection office at 888-432-9257. Let us know about the problem too. A pattern of complaints about a roofer is something we want to be aware of.
About insurance. Questions about a claim belong with your insurance company. This service has no role in claims.
